The CRC has once again been commissioned to conduct customer satisfaction surveys for the Florida DMS Division of Retirement. Over 9,000 questionnaires will be mailed out to Active Members, Retirees and Employers.

NOTE: The Communication Research Center was known as The Florida Government Performance Survey Research Center from 2000 - 2005.
